Refund Policy

1. Try it first
Every new book starts with a free trial of 30 days, so you can use Rental Book with your own records before you pay anything. Please use it to decide.
2. Cancelling
Plans are paid yearly and do not renew by themselves. To stop, simply do not renew: when your paid period ends, your book becomes read-only, and everything in it stays available to view and export.
3. Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first yearly payment you can ask for a full refund if Rental Book has not worked for you. Renewals are not refundable.
- Charged twice, or the wrong amount: we refund the extra amount in full, at any time.
- Payment taken but your plan not activated: write to us straight away. We will either activate it or refund you.
4. How to ask
Email or phone us using the contact details below, with the name of your book and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
